• This offer is open to individuals who purchase a funeral plan from De Gruchy’s Funeral Care in 1 Bagatelle Road, St Saviour, Jersey JE2 7TY between 1 May 2024 and 31 May 2024.
• This offer is open to Jersey residents only.
• The £120 Coop voucher (the gift) will be sent to you after 37 days of the funeral plan start date, provided that the plan has not been cancelled during this time.
• This offer is only open to individuals who are 18 and over.
• This offer is open to new customers only.
• One gift available per person.
• The gift is not transferable.
• There is no cash alternative to the gift.
• The gift can only be claimed with the official leaflet/voucher or advert or at the funeral director’s discretion.
• The leaflet/voucher must be surrendered at the point of sale.
• Terms and conditions apply to the funeral plans and must be adhered to in conjunction with this offer – please ask us for a copy.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and EPSL shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused which arises in connection with this offer.
• This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion or offer.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute (contractual or otherwise) or matter arising under or in connection with them.
